PingID, the mobile app that allows users to securely log in to their accounts using their fingerprint or face, has received an update. The PingID app has been updated to support iOS 13 and fix an issue where the app would sometimes fail to connect to PingID service. Additionally, support has been added for the new PingID Authentication SDK, push-based authentication, and the new PingID API and Connector. The latest version includes performance improvements, bug fixes, and fresh features, such as the ability to share account credentials with others securely. To use the new PingID, download the updated app from the App Store or Google Play.
- A new feature called "PingID for Passwords" has been added. This allows users to store and manage their passwords within the PingID app securely.
- The " remember me " feature has been disabled by default. Users can enable this feature if they wish, but it is now turned off for security reasons.
- A new " Security Questions " feature has been added. This allows users to set up security questions that must be answered before their PingID account can be accessed.
- Several bugs have been fixed, including an issue that could cause the app to crash when accessing the " Security Questions " feature.
